This is because of the many differences in approach between a current college student and someone who have not been there before and may have less relevant experience.It may seem as if an example is needed, but sometimes it's not necessary. If we can help get a handle on what will be required, it will lead to a faster and more efficient process for everyone involved.During the course of an interview, it is likely that we will ask applicants a number of questions about their career choice. Because some people have already had some professional work experience, we may ask them to provide examples of this prior experience. Most of us are just trying to get to know our employees and current students should be no different. The selection criteria for the job we are offering, along with the educational requirements, will then be made.
